Jazmen Pace is an innovative leader with extensive expertise in the non profit sector. As the Executive Director of Serene Counseling, Jazmen brings experience in administration, programming, and alcohol and drug counseling.

Jazmen is committed to best business practices, strategic planning and program development. She is a motivating and versatile leader who leads by example while maintaining excellent customer service and business relations. 

A native of Cleveland, Ohio,  her interests include cooking, and serving in her church and community. She is the proud mother of four and enjoys being an active sports mom.
